Established in March 2019, Seedwater Engineering is a civil engineering firm based in Fort Mill, SC, that specializes in Site & Land Development Engineering. Our engineers have completed a broad range of development projects the last 20 years throughout the Carolinas and have plans to expand our services into Georgia this coming year.

Seedwater is currently working on Industrial warehouse sites, new church facilities, commercial building sites, and several single and multifamily residential projects

At Seedwater, we understand that our ability to get projects through the permitting process smoothly is a key to helping our Clients meet their development schedules.

LEADERSHIP

Founder and Principal Engineer, Zachary Howze, assumes project management responsibilities on a wide range of site and land development projects, while leading the development of the firm’s civil engineering practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. His experience includes design and plan preparation using AutoCAD Civil 3D, with advanced expertise in site optimization, storm water management, erosion control, water transmission/ distribution, and sanitary sewer system design. Through his work with a number of the region’s most recognizable engineering firms, Mr. Howze has demonstrated expertise in a broad range of project types, including industrial, commercial, institutional, mixed-use, multi-family and residential subdivisions. He is proficient in all aspects of site design, including layout, grading, earthwork, water and sewer utilities, storm drainage, stormwater BMP design and erosion control.
